Blackberry Farm & Mountain: luxury stays, simpler booking

Two luxury destinations. A simpler way to book stays and experiences from either website, connected to Blackberry’s existing booking platform.

Luxury hospitality, before the guest arrives

Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain are luxury hotel destinations in Tennessee’s Great Smoky Mountains. Their offering goes beyond accommodation to dining, wellness and outdoor experiences. The booking journey is where a guest begins turning that visit into a plan. Our work focused on making that step easier across the two properties.

A simpler journey between the hotels

The goal was to let guests book across Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain through a simplified experience, using the booking platform already in place. We developed the booking interface and connected it to that existing platform, bringing the guest-facing journey and the reservation system together.

Book the stay. Book the experience.

The scope included both hotel reservations and experience bookings directly from either property’s website. Guests could begin where they were already exploring the destination. The aim was to make booking available across the websites, with an easier path from interest to reservation.

Available wherever guests choose to book

Cross-browser compatibility was part of the work, supporting access through the guest’s choice of browser. The focus was on a simpler, more accessible booking experience across the properties’ websites—making it easier for customers to reserve a stay or an experience wherever they started.

Designed around the guest and the business

The commercial goal was to improve the return from the booking experience by making direct reservations easier. That goal shaped the work: connect the existing platform, simplify booking between the hotels, and make stays and experiences bookable across their websites.
