Product development partner
A product partner from the first decision to the next release.
Discuss your productWhen this partnership fits
You have a product opportunity, but delivery crosses product management, design decisions and engineering. You need a team that can work through the decisions with you and carry an agreed initiative through release. This can mean a new product, a major capability or continued development of something customers already use.
Define the product before the backlog
We begin with the customer task, business objective and constraints. Together we identify the smallest complete experience worth releasing, the evidence needed to accept it, and the decisions your team must own. This gives engineering a purpose beyond completing a list of screens and gives stakeholders a way to judge tradeoffs.
Keep decisions close to delivery
Product and engineering work together as implementation reveals constraints. We review working changes, raise dependencies early and document consequential choices. The scope includes the integrations, failure states and operating arrangements needed for the experience to function. Your team participates in acceptance rather than seeing the product for the first time at handover.
Build continuity into the relationship
We agree who maintains the release, responds to problems and chooses the next improvement. Source code, access and operating knowledge belong in your company’s systems. A longer partnership can adapt to new priorities while keeping individual commitments explicit. We start by understanding the work; the engagement model follows from that.
Questions before we start
Can you work with our existing engineers?
Yes. We can own a defined product initiative alongside your engineers or provide the team delivering it. We agree interfaces, review responsibilities and acceptance criteria together.
Do we need a complete specification?
No. A clear account of the business goal and current constraints is a useful starting point. Discovery can resolve the important unknowns before implementation is committed.

A new build, a difficult problem, or a longer-term product partner. Let’s talk about what you need.
